Virus/Spyware Removal - Price: $89.95

Includes the removal of all virus or spyware issues that are infecting your machine.(Note: Due to the volatile nature of today’s virus and spyware programs loss of data and corruption of files is a risk when removing these infections and fixing other issues cause by them)

Virus/Spyware Removal & PC Tune up - Price: $109.50

Includes the removal of all virus or spyware issues that are infecting your machine, as well as cleaning up your start up programs, temp folders, cookie/history folders, registry cleaning, check disk, disk defragmentation and whatever else may be necessary to get your computer back up and running in a normal state. Hardware Diagnostics - Price: $37.50

The process of testing all hardware to determine the cause of customer’s issue, if it seems to be a hardware related issue.  This includes testing the hard drive, memory, power supply, and other misc hardware via available programs and trial and error.  (Note: Not all hardware can be tested, such as a motherboard, so the process of elimination via other testing is sometimes necessary to determine what the underlying cause of the issue may be. This fee also only pertains to the diagnosis of the problem, any needed hardware or other work to repair the problem will be subject to other costs post diagnosis.)

                Programs used in Hardware Diagnostics:

·         Memtest - Tests memory in small and large TFT's and random patterns.

·         Western Digital HDD Diagnostics - Tests hard drive for bad or failed sectors and attempts repair of said sectors. (Note: This process can result in the loss of data on rare occasions)

·         Prime95 - Stresses CPU, Memory, and voltage for said hardware.  Helps determine where a bottleneck may be in the system between the cpu and memory and the voltage being distributed between them.

·         EMSA Diskcheck - checks disk/files for errors and can pinpoint a specific file that may be having problems being accessed and causing other issues.

·         PSU Voltage Test - Not a program, but a device that tests the output of all the rails of a power supply.  Including 20, 20+4, 4pin cpu, 8pin, 6pin, 4pin - molex, & Sata connectors.

Wipe/Reload - Price: $119.95

Full format of hard drive and installation of Windows, including installing all drivers, windows updates, and any software provided by the customer installed.

Wipe/Reload w/Data Transfer - Price: $149.95

Full format of hard drive and installation of Windows, including saving any user created data (I.E. My Documents, Outlook .dbx files, Address Book, Favorites, Program Backups etc.), installing all drivers, windows updates and any software requested by the customer installed.

Data Backup to CD - Price: 5.95 per CD

Includes backing up any data such as emails, pictures, music, documents, address book, favorites or other user created data.  (Note: Programs cannot be saved to a working state, the directories can be saved but programs would need to be reinstalled.)

Data Backup to DVD - Price: 9.95 per DVD

PC to PC Data Transfer - Price: 29.95

A technician will transfer files from one computer to another using in house methods of transferring data from one machine to another.
